Currently, over one hundred businesses occupy space within the Yard, ranging from the creative, digital, industrial, and corporate. Hoults Yard will be using the Concerto system for managing planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site. Works will be appointed to both external contractors and the in-house FM team via the platform.
The Concerto portal and mobile app will be used to drive process and operational efficiencies, providing access to real-time data and management reporting including photographs, method statements, risk assessments and root cause analysis.
Concerto Managing Director, Kevan Davey, said: “We are delighted that Hoults Yard has selected Concerto. This decision further demonstrates that Concerto is a solution for a range of organisations. Hoults Yard joins a range of retail organisations and nearby Gateshead Council using the software to drive the management of their property portfolio.”
