Global technology company, Ideagen, has renewed its contract with property management and compliance firm, Velway, to provide total facilities management services for the company.

Velway will continue to manage all hard and soft services at Ideagen’s state-of-the-art, 28,000 sq ft head office in Nottingham for another 12-month term.

Ideagen has experienced significant growth over the last 12 months and Velway has made sure that the head office has been well maintained and cleaned to the highest standard to guarantee that Ideagen’s excellence is reflected in the appearance and functionality of its operational headquarters.

Robin Harris, Velway Managing Director said: “Renewing the Ideagen partnership is excellent news for Velway and reflects the commitment we have put into delivering a high standard of service to this prestigious client.

“The facilities management contract has evolved and developed over time as Ideagen has continuously and successfully managed the impacts of Covid-19 on its workforce and head office. It is amazing to see the company’s growth in a challenging environment and it is very rewarding for us to be part of their continued success.”

Barnaby Kent, Ideagen Chief Operating Officer, commented: “We’re delighted to continue the relationship with Velway, which has been very successful for all parties. The effective and safe use of our HQ is critical to the success of the wider group, so we’re really pleased with how Velway has understood and slotted in to our requirements and culture.”
