IFMA in the UK launches member survey to mark World FM Day

To celebrate World FM Day, IFMA in the UK has launched a survey to explore how the new chapter, in collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), could better support IFMA members moving forward.

IFMA has more than 500 professional members in the UK who deserve access to the benefits and opportunities that come from belonging to a local chapter. While the chapter is based in London and South England, it will act as a community for people throughout the country to grow their career and gain skills and knowledge though resources IFMA provides.

The petition seeking approval for the re-establishment of a chapter in the UK recognised that there was a growing demand from the UK membership to participate in local activities. Today, a survey has been launched in order to ensure IFMA in the UK creates the best possible programme for pre-existing IFMA members.

The results of the survey will shape the chapter’s strategy so it meets the needs and desires of the people it serves. The chapter will use the capabilities and assets of the oldest, largest and most established professional organisation in FM to advance and promote the profession in the UK.
