Imtech Inviron awarded business critical contract

Imtech Inviron has won a contract with CenturyLink to deliver the technical services management across its UK and Ireland portfolio of 156 sites, which are an important part of CenturyLink’s business and data services.

Imtech’s team of  skilled engineers and technicians have extensive experience with the complex nature of the mechanical and electrical systems within these environments.

Speaking about the contract win, Shaun McKenna, Business Unit Director, Imtech Inviron, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen to maintain these CenturyLink sites across the UK and Ireland. From the outset, CenturyLink made it clear they were looking for a vendor that could support a 100 per cent business uptime, and we were able to demonstrate our technical pedigree during the tender phase. We have since successfully completed the mobilisation of the contract and are now looking forward to developing our relationship further.”

Thomas Jennings, VP EMEA Operations, CenturyLink, added: “We appointed Imtech Inviron, as they understand the critical environments that we operate in and they have an ethos that aligns with our own, making them a great choice. With customers in more than 60 countries and an intense focus on the customer experience, networking company CenturyLink strives to solve customers’ increased demand for reliable and secure connections.”
