Technical facilities management provider Imtech Inviron has won a three-year contract at the exclusive St Katharine Docks development in the heart of Greater London, owned by The Blackstone Group.
The deal will see Imtech Inviron (part of Imtech UK) responsible for undertaking the extensive technical and project services in the luxury offices and commercial buildings; including Ivory House, Commodity Quay, Haven Building, Devon House and International House, as well as communal areas inside and out.
Explaining how a shared ethos led to a new partnership, Paul Rogers, managing director at Imtech Inviron, said:
“We are delighted to have been awarded the contract for the prestigious St Katharine Docks estate. A key factor in awarding the contract was that our culture and values of achieving service excellence align firmly with Blackstone’s and as such, we aim to provide best practice, continuous improvement and innovation.”
Mobilisation commenced in April 2015 and the three year contract went live in May 2015.
