Imtech Inviron (part of Imtech UK) has launched a new National Operations Centre in Birmingham, which has created over 30 new jobs.
The centre will operate as a 24 hour call centre and will programme the work of mobile engineers operating from the regional office network across the UK.
The technical facilities management company invested in creating the National Operations Centre to improve customer service and response times. An in-house team of software designers has developed and rolled out a market leading management software solution.
These developments will allow Imtech Inviron to respond to its customers more efficiently, with immediate visibility of every engineer’s location and skill set. Customers continue to have direct access to real time information via the company’s bespoke DNA portal.
Following an extensive training and induction programme the centre became fully operational in July 2015.

The centre was officially unveiled on 6 August by the Mayor of Solihull, councillor Glenis Slater.
