Imtech Inviron wins law firm contract

Imtech Inviron has won a three-year contract with Berwin Leighton Paisner to maintain the technical services at Adelaide House, the international law firm’s 12-storey head office located in the heart of London.

The contract commenced in October and is serviced by a team of multi skilled engineers, supported by Imtech Inviron’s internal 24 hour helpdesk, which provides clients with efficient planned and reactive maintenance.

When Adelaide House was constructed in 1925 it was the city’s tallest office block and first steel frame skyscraper, at 43 m (141 ft.). The property still retains many original Art Deco features and is now a Grade II listed building.

Commenting on the contract award, Paul Rogers, managing director at Imtech Inviron, said:

“This contract win adds another prestigious law firm to our expanding client portfolio and we are proud to maintain such an impressive and historical property. This is a significant contract and new client for us and our teams are working hard to deliver market leading service.”
