Incentive FM extends Equiniti deal

Following a successful five-year relationship, Incentive FM has been awarded a three-year contract extension, worth in excess of £10 million, with Equiniti Group, a provider of complex administration and payment solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Incentive FM will be delivering a TFM solution across 22 locations in the Group’s UK property portfolio. This includes facilities management, centralised desk help, maintenance, cleaning, security, waste, pest control, landscaping, utility management and procurement. Key locations in the portfolio include London, Cardiff and Birmingham, and the Sussex towns of Crawley, Worthing and Lancing.

Incentive was awarded the contract after a tender process which saw Incentive put forward a commercial model that suited the needs of the business moving forward. This includes a team of 58 staff with a revised management structure operating across the 365,000-square foot portfolio.

Michael Burt, Group Property and Procurement Director, said: “Incentive FM have consistently delivered over the past five years and presented a compelling commercial offer. It is very important for us to work with a service partner who understands the requirements of the Group and can deliver specialist support and Incentive have proven they can do this.”

Bruce McDonnell, Managing Director at Incentive FM, said: “This is an extremely complex contract covering a wide number of buildings across the country. Over the past five years we have demonstrated our ability to provide a flexible service and respond to a client’s developing needs, whilst delivering a high level of service.”
