Somerset House, the major arts and cultural centre in the heart of London, has selected Incentive FM to deliver a new, three-year facilities management service contract.
Somerset House’s estate is run by the Somerset House Trust, which was established in July 1997 to conserve and develop the Grade 1 listed estate’s facilities and open the spaces to the public. Under the trust’s management, the site has been transformed into an exciting mixed-use space which includes exhibition, event, office and retail facilities.
The new contract will see Incentive FM provide cleaning and maintenance services to support the trust and its tenants, as well as providing cover at the many and varied events that take place on site, these include an open-air cinema season, gigs, exhibitions and the world-famous courtyard ice rink running through the winter months.
