Incentive Tec lands EPAM deal

Incentive Tec, the the building services arm within Incentive FM Group, has secured a contract with property asset management specialists EPAM to provide a comprehensive range of engineering services across a portfolio of prestigious buildings in Manchester and Leeds.

The contract, which covers three properties in Manchester – One King Street (currently occupied by Waterstones), 1 The Avenue, Spinningfields (currently home to Armani, Australasia, CMS Cameron McKenna and Brewin Dolphin), and 3-5 Charlotte St (Bank of East Asia), as well as St Paul’s House in Leeds, will see Incentive Tec deliver vital M&E and HVAC services, whilst ensuring that all safety systems such as fire alarms and sprinkler systems remain fully operational and compliant.

As part of the contract, an Incentive Tec engineer will be based at each site for one day every week, with additional 24/7 support from the organisation’s in-house mobile team, who are strategically placed across the UK.
