Incentive to integrate Wes Group into its specialist M&E business

Incentive FM Group is to merge its latest M&E acquisition, Weston Electrical Services (WES Group), into Incentive Tec, its specialist M&E business, to create a single building and M&E services company and improve customer experience through added convenience.

According to the group, the move will enable Incentive Tec to offer its clients a fully comprehensive range of technical, building maintenance and project management services through a single point of contact, including a range of specialist fire and security services that incorporates access control, fire systems installation and maintenance. The company will retain its focus on delivering technical multi-disciplined services in a compliant manner, operating on a 24/7 basis, with more than 170 multi-disciplined engineers providing mobile, resident and project services throughout the UK.

Jeremy Waud, Chairman at Incentive FM Group, said: “The growth of Incentive Tec under the leadership of Chris Windass and now with the integration of the WES Group, means that our customers will benefit from a broader range of services, supported by a large national mobile engineering team, all from a single point of contact. As with our other FM service offerings, Incentive Tec will provide an interesting alternative for potential M&E clients and property managers to some of our bigger and less responsive competitors in the market.”

Incentive Tec will now operate from four regional offices in Kings Langley, Derby, Weston-super-Mare and Basildon.
