The service provision extends across the three train operating companies (TOCs) which are Southern, Thameslink and Great Northern railways, all of which require car park management services
The bespoke parking solutions business currently manages more than 240 railway car parks in the UK, across five TOC contracts with over 21,000 spaces to manage.
The GTR contract will see Indigo providing cost-effective, innovative services, as well as safe, secure and expert parking solutions for commuters.
Customers will be able to pay and park using the company’s new mobile website and Park Indigo app, as well as other methods including ticket vending machines and pay & display machines.

We’re excited to be extending our contract with Govia Thameslink Railway and are extremely proud of the work carried out over the past two and a half years. Indigo has been working with GTR since October 2015.
