Interserve has secured a three-year facilities management services contract with commercial and residential property services company JLL.
The contract which is worth £60 million, will see the international support services and construction group provide integrated facilities services at 18 shopping centres managed by JLL across the UK.
Over 300 people will TUPE transfer to Interserve to deliver cleaning, security, customer services, pest control, window cleaning and electronic security system maintenance.
The account also includes the provision of standalone cleaning services for a number of JLL’s offices across central London, worth approximately £9.5 million per annum.

Interserve manages services at 60 shopping centres across the UK.
