The contract has a potential value of c.£100 million over the initial seven year term, and includes a provision to extend to fifteen years in total.
This integrated repairs and maintenance contract will deliver services to 13,000 properties across East London and Essex and includes a framework option to allow neighbouring public sector bodies access to the improved services and reduced costs of Interserve’s approach.
Interserve will deliver a strategic asset management service, advising East Thames Group on the most effective maintenance investments across their portfolio. They will also provide planned and responsive repairs and maintenance to East Thames Group’s residential housing and corporate buildings; estate services to the local areas; project works across the property portfolio; and building refurbishment between lettings.
