Interserve, the international support services and construction group, has been successful in securing a place on both the national and south regional frameworks under the Ministry of Justice’s Strategic Alliance Agreement (SAA).

These six-year frameworks will cover a wide range of construction works including prison and court buildings, sports pitches, building maintenance, refurbishment and repairs throughout the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) estate. The National SAA, which operates across England and Wales, has a total value of between £100 million and £150 million, with individual project values ranging from £10 million to £50 million. The South SAA has a total value of between £50 million and £150 million, with individual schemes ranging from £150,000 up to £10 million.

Managing director of Interserve Building, Ian Renhard, commented:

“These appointments build on our 20-year track record as a leading provider of services in the justice sector. We are looking forward to continuing our collaboration with the Ministry of Justice under this Strategic Alliance Agreement.”
