Interserve Group Limited has been awarded a contract worth £18.5 million per annum to deliver total facilities management (TFM) services at seven of Landsec’s major retail centres across the UK.
The international Support Services, Construction and Equipment Services group has delivered soft FM services to Landsec, one of the UK’s leading commercial retail and property companies, since 2015.
The four-year contract, which starts in March, will include project management, engineering and fit out services as well as existing service lines such as: cleaning, security and customer services at Landsec’s sites in Oxford, Leeds, London and Cardiff.
