Proptech specialist iSite, part of Extentia Group, has won a contract to roll-out a new suite of its property estates and project management software for Co-op Group Property.
The contract will see iSite provide an enterprise wide property management system that will underpin Co-op Group Property’s strategy across its growing national estate. By providing a single view of Co-ops property activity, including ongoing programmes of work, the software will allow much greater integration between the Co-op Property team, supply chain and stakeholders; driving efficiencies and allowing better planning.
iSite’s in-built Business Intelligence and Analytics engine also allows the team to model different scenarios, delivering enhanced reporting and driving insights to help it get the best value from its portfolio. Co-op will also use it to ensure agile approach to project delivery, reacting quickly with changes in the wider market, allocating prioritising work load as needed.
Dominic Howkins, service development manager at iSite, said: “Property needs to work for retailers. We can see from recent high street losses the impact of not having a single view of data combined with poor communication between stakeholders. iSite is designed to ensure that property strategies can more effectively align with wider business objectives. By unifying construction, programme management, leases, assets and facilities management functions under one single view, it can create powerful insights that can otherwise be missed.”
Co-op is the latest major retail brand to adopt iSite software. In 2018, Tesco selected iSite to help it manage the delivery of programmes, projects and capital maintenance across the brand’s global property portfolio.
