ISS manufactures IFS deal with Phillip Morris in Czech Republic

Phillip Morris has awarded ISS in the Czech Republic with a contract to provide a wide range of integrated facilities services (IFS) at its manufacturing facility in the city of Kutna Hora.

Producer and marketer of tobacco products in the the Czech Republic, Phillip Morris has the only tobacco plant in the country, producing tobacco products for the Czech and Slovenia market as well as another 55 markets across the globe. Since its establishment in 1992, the company’s manufacturing has both modernised and grown, with over 1,200 employees working at the site.

The terms of the deal, will see ISS responsible for delivering a full services package including property services, fire prevention and health & safety, cleaning services, technical cleaning, management and storage of spare parts of required technical material, management of mail room, summer and winter outdoor maintenance, management of technical library, providing of beverage and catering services, service of meeting rooms and pest control and CAFM (computer-aided facility management). 

Country manager of ISS in the Czech Republic & Slovakia, Jan Boháček, said:
