The Southbank Centre, one of London’s most iconic arts centres sited on the banks of the Thames, has extended its engineering contract with ISS Facility Services.
Southbank Centre is the UK’s largest arts centre, occupying a 21-acre site that sits in the midst of London’s most vibrant cultural quarter.
For the last three years, ISS has been delivering a full range of mechanical, electrical and fabric services to the site, including planned and preventative maintenance, lighting and refurbishment services.
Under the new contract, ISS will continue to provide engineering services to site, which is home to the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room and the Hayward Gallery as well as The Saison Poetry Library and the Arts Council Collection.
