ISS has added to its international contracts for Citi banking group by scooping a deal to deliver integrated facility services to Citi in the Asia-Pacific region. The new agreement covers more than 1,500 sites in 19 countries across the Asia-Pacific region.
Additionally, Citi has granted ISS a two-year extension to their existing contract covering all the Citi sites in the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) region. Following the amendment the partnership in both regions will run until the end of 2017.
Citi, a leading global bank, and ISS, a leading global provider of facility services, have entered into a new partnership agreement where ISS will oversee and deliver Integrated Facility Services (IFS) to all Citi operations across the Asia-Pacific region.
As part of the new agreement ISS will deliver a wide range of services to more than 1,500 Citi sites and 1.3 million square meters in the Asia-Pacific region. A total of 19 countries are covered by the new extended partnership, including Japan, India, Korea, Singapore, China/Hong Kong and Australia.
ISS will provide property services, cleaning, support services, energy and technical management, landscaping, facility management and several other services as part of the new Integrated Facility Services agreement with Citi.
“We take the new agreement covering Asia-Pacific as a clear vote of confidence from our partner Citi. We are very proud and excited that Citi has chosen to extend our existing agreement covering the EMEA countries and, in addition, enter into a new Integrated Facility Services agreement for all the Citi operations in the Asia-Pacific region.”
Jeff Gravenhorst, Group CEO for ISS A/S
When the agreement with Citi in the Asia-Pacific region is fully implemented during second quarter of 2013, Citi will become one of ISS’ largest global customers.
