Founded in 1901, Teva Pharmaceuticals has over 40 pharmaceutical manufacturing plants in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Israel. It is the largest producer of generics in the world, with 64 billion tablets and capsules produced each year.
A team of more than 20 ISS Germany Pharma Services employees will work on the contract to deliver a range of services which focus on technical services for the maintenance of water, energy, and compressed air supply systems, as well as support for ventilation and cooling systems.
Matthias Kronshage, managing director of ISS Pharma Services, commented:
“With Teva and Novartis, two of the major pharmaceutical companies in Germany are now among our customers. I am very happy about Teva joining us, and I am sure our ISS team will create a successful partnership that will continue to grow.”
The contract award builds on ISS’ relationship with Teva in Chile, Israel, and Mexico.
