ISS stays on at West Middlesex University Hospital

West Middlesex University Hospital, part of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, has renewed its contract with ISS Healthcare for a further five years.

The contract, which commenced on 1 July 2019, and is worth more than £40 million, sees ISS providing a full range of soft FM services, including: healthcare cleaning, patient and retail catering, non-emergency patient transport, portering, switchboard, pest control, window cleaning, linen and laundry, security and waste management.

ISS is also investing in innovation and technology, to support service delivery across the site.

Speaking after the contract had been awarded, Chris Ash, Managing Director of ISS Healthcare, said: “We are very pleased to extend our partnership with West Middlesex University Hospital, and indeed the whole Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This hospital is a very important customer to ISS Healthcare and we are looking forward to bringing further innovation to our services and developing our value propositions to build upon the excellent quality of services delivered in the previous contract.”

ISS also provides services to the Trust’s Chelsea and Westminster Hospital site.
