A large company in the automotive industry has chosen ISS as a partner within integrated facility services and technical property management in Sweden and Belgium.
The five-year agreement, which will take effect shortly, is nationwide and will see ISS deliver real estate services, cleaning and workplace services to around 40 locations around Sweden. The agreement also includes service deliveries in Belgium.
The contract value of the agreement amounts to approximately SEK 300 million (£24.3 million) per year.
ISS Sweden will welcome over 300 new employees, of which a large majority will be based in the western part of Sweden.
