J S Wright appoints mechanical project manager

Mechanical and electrical building services provider J S Wright has appointed Terry Anderton as a Mechanical Project Manager.

Working from the London Office of the Birmingham-based company, Anderton was previously a member of the mechanical and electrical services installation management team for a global construction contractor.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, the former apprentice has worked on a number of luxury residential developments in London including 250 City Road in Islington, The Broadway in Cricklewood, and The Glebe in Chelsea.

Anderton is currently working on the installation of a range of mechanical services including a combined heat and power energy centre for a 300-home scheme at Lea Bridge Road in Leyton.

Commenting on the appointment, Phil Leech, Managing Director of J S Wright, said: “Terry’s experience will help us continue to expand as the preferred supplier of mechanical and electrical services to leading UK developers.”

Founded in Birmingham in 1890, J S Wright designs, manufactures, installs and maintains mechanical and electrical services for the hotel, residential, social housing, student accommodation, leisure and commercial sectors.

The company recently launched a new residential maintenance company, Wright Maintenance Ltd, serving property managers and homeowners across London.
