Jaguar lands 50 Bank Street

Jaguar Building Services has secured a three-year M&E contract at 50 Bank Street.

The contract commencing in April 2020 will be led by Account Manager Graham McSorley and a team of six staff who will be based at the 216,000 sq. ft. building located within the heart of Canary Wharf and overlooking Jubilee Place.

Commenting on the contract award, Morgan Todd, Assistant Business Development Manager, said: “This site has a complex electrical infrastructure and is therefore a perfect opportunity for us to showcase some of our extremely talented people who have extensive experience, providing our service within high-profile business critical office environments.”

Jaguar says this is a “significant” contract win which will enable the company to further strengthen its working relationship with property management firm, MAPP.
