Jaguar Building Services has secured a three-year contract with CBRE to provide mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance services at Rathbone Square in Central London.
Situated just off Oxford Street, the Square is made up of 243,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space and provides 140 private residential apartments, complete with a mixture of cafés, boutique shops and restaurants.
Following a recent re-tender process, Jaguar has also been awarded a further three-year contract term with Knight Frank at 88 Wood Street.
The contract will see Jaguar continue to provide M&E building maintenance for the 18-storey structure which has been a part of its portfolio since 2009.
The new contract will commence on 1 September 2019.
