Jaguar retains Canary Wharf M&E deal

Jaguar Building Services has renewed its M&E contract at 30 North Colonnade located in Canary Wharf.

The new three-year deal will commence on 1 January 2022.

The building which comprises of 330,000 sq. ft of office space has been part of Jaguar’s portfolio since 2009.

Elliott Taylor, Account Manager commented: “We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with Helix Property Advisors at 30 North Colonnade. We are very proud to have been the incumbent service providers at this prestigious building for 12 years now, and we will be providing a full remobilisation in the new year.”
