Jaguar Building Services has been appointed by Tishman Speyer as the preferred M&E contractors at The Point, Paddington, following a competitive tender process.
The building, located in W2, comprises 230,000 sq. ft of office space over 10 storeys and is conveniently located just two minutes’ walk away from Paddington Station.
The site is currently undergoing a full mobilisation which will be completed within the next few months.
