Jaguar wins hard services deal at Thames Court

Following a competitive tender process, Jaguar Building Services has secured the hard services contracts for both Thames Court and Rabobank.

The building is located on Upper Thames Street and covers 322,900 ft2 along the front of the River Thames. The central skylit atrium is the buildings focal point, with offices arranged over five upper floors.

The on-site team will be led by Account Manager Lee Tristram, who has over 20 years’ experience working in critical systems for a leading US Investment Bank.

Commenting on the contract award, Steve Jackaman, Operations Director said: “We’re really excited to have secured these two accounts and delighted to be working with both CBRE and Rabobank at this prestigious building.

“Our excellent technical knowledge and extensive Head Office support network will supplement our team on-site to deliver an exceptional customer experience and enhance the service delivery at Thames Court, which is already of a high standard.

“Mobilisation is already well underway, and we will be ready to go live on 7 December.”
