JCA Engineering has secured a five-year maintenance contract with Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The contract, which was awarded following a competitive tender, will see JCA Engineering providing M&E maintenance across the estate encompassing the main site at Fulham Road, as well as several smaller clinics.
Service provision at the site includes planned preventive, reactive and building maintenance, external areas maintenance, energy and utility maintenance, fire safety systems and procedures, the estate’s emergency and contingency planning, and statutory testing.
JCA Engineering has previously delivered several projects for the hospital, the most recent being the design and construction of an HVAC infrastructure upgrade to cater for a new NICU and ICU expansion project.
