JLL lands deal with The Crown Estate

JLL has been appointed as the managing agent for The Crown Estate’s central London portfolio.

The mandate, which include property and facilities management services, encompasses all commercial and residential properties across The Crown Estate’s central London holdings, including all of Regent Street and around half of St James’s, totalling c.10m sq ft.

Commenting on the contract award, James Cooksey, Director of Central London, said: “I am very excited about JLL’s appointment which is an important next step in continuing to enhance the experience of our customers across London’s West End. We believe that working closely in partnership with a single managing agent will enable us to better collaborate and drive efficiencies to improve quality, consistency and encourage innovation.”
