In January 2018, CBRE launched a new global capability, CBRE 360, to deliver transformative environments in the workplace by integrating property services and amenities with advanced digital technologies.
In his new role, Beer will lead CBRE 360 for investor and occupier clients across the region.
Beer joins the firm from The Instant Group, where as Director of Outsourcing Solutions, he led the development and implementation of the company’s enterprise flex service proposition.
His appointment follows the firm’s London hiring of Michael Glynn who joins from Regus, and Nicki Mayle who joined from serviced office provider i2 Office.
Andrew Kupiec, Global President, CBRE 360 commented: “We are delighted to announce the appointment of Josh Beer and our other new hires. The changing landscape of work is creating a new wave of expectations and opportunities for occupiers and investors. With his broad experience advising on the design, development and leasing of agile work environments, Josh is well positioned to guide our clients in the development of highly effective workplaces that deliver more value to the people and organisations they serve.”
