KST seals new deal with Post Office Ltd

Specialist fire and security technology provider, Kings Secure Technologies (KST), has won a new five-year contract with Post Office Ltd.

Post Office is a core part of the national infrastructure; it is essential that its network has the appropriate security controls in place to ensure that it is not affected by issues that could impact the service it provides to its customers, clients and the wider community. With an expansive estate of over 11,500 Post Office branches, 15 cash centre depots and 3 main admin offices, first class delivery and compliance is of the upmost importance.

KST has worked with Post Office Ltd since 2011; the two organisations building a trusted partnership over the years.  KST has consistently reviewed its service, identifying opportunities to reduce cost and improve efficiencies in areas where the benefit could be reinvested in significant savings for the client.

The new contract award, which commenced in August 2021 comes with a possible three-year extension.

Working together with long term weighing solutions supplier to Post Office, DIGI Group and safe servicing and engineering partner, Insafe the companies will maintain and service the Post Office estate, efficiently and proactively, while delivering agreed Service Level Agreements in a ‘continuous improvement’ based environment.​
