Lee Baron secures management role at Axis J9 Bicester

Specialist property expert, Lee Baron, has been appointed by Ergo Real Estate to provide property and facilities management services for Phase One at Axis J9 Bicester.

Phase One consists of five distribution and production units ranging from 23,000 sq ft to 65,000 sq ft located close to Bicester Village in Oxfordshire. With close to 10,000+ planned new homes, the units have been built to a high specification and include large loading bays with up to six docks, dedicated parking areas, office space, solar power and passenger lifts.

As part of its remit, Lee Baron has assisted with the drafting of the service charge provisions of the proposed leases and the preparation of the vacant and occupied service charge budgets. The firm will continue to supply health and safety compliance regulations, as well as maintenance, 24/7 security and energy provision services.

Planning permission for Phase One is for B1, B2 and B8 uses without hour of use restrictions. Units 1 to 5 will be offered to lease whilst units 8 to 14 of Phase Two are now all occupied via freehold or leasehold arrangements. Phase Three will be built to match individual occupier requirements with units ranging from between 100,000 sq ft and 250,000 sq ft.
