Specialist property manager Lee Baron has been appointed by UK property developer, Berkeley Group, to provide long-term property management services for 9 Millbank – a prestigious development of Manhattans, 1-4 bedroom apartments and penthouses, with panoramic views of Westminster.
Lee Baron’s remit includes the day-to-day estate management of the entire 9 Millbank development, including the maintenance of the common areas and maintaining compliance with all the latest health and safety legislation.
Closely located to the Houses of Parliament, 9 Millbank was constructed in 1927 in the neo-classical style typical of the interwar years and served as the headquarters of the Imperial Chemical Industries – once Britain’s largest manufacturer.
