The Living Wage Foundation accredits UK employers of staff once they can commit to paying all of their workforce including contracted staff, a Living Wage. They also work with Service Providers who supply staff to others, who are now embedding the Living Wage into their solution portfolio offering this as an additional bid, quote or tender to the usual one the customer requests.
Recognised Service Providers are highlighting the Living Wage at every possible opportunity as part of best practice. This will mean that even more organisations can consider experiencing the benefits of Living Wage delivered services.
Rhys Moore Director of the Living Wage Foundation said “The benefits the Living Wage brings to staff and business are clear. I welcome the leadership shown by Cynergi on this important issue.”
