Macro scoops international deal with Atlantic Trust

Statue-of-Liberty_201203International property consultancy and facilities management (FM) company Macro has won a contract with Atlantic Trust Private Wealth Management (ATPWM) to deliver an integrated facilities management (FM) service to its property portfolio, covering 125,000 sq. ft across ten locations in North America.

Valued at $1.2m (£721,000), the integrated FM solution for the wealth management client will include reception, mail, document management, couriers, catering, hospitality, and Macro’s own fm24 helpdesk and Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) solution.

The contract was mobilised at the beginning of this year, with locations in Chicago, Boston, New York, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco, Houston, Austin and Newport Beach.
