Macro wins IFM deal with DMCC

Macro has been awarded an integrated facilities management (IFM) contract with DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) to maintain commercial tower, One JLT.

The three-year deal, will see the international facilities management company providing full FM services in the 14 floor-tower, which is LEED Gold certified and located at the centre of Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) in Dubai. Services will include Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) by Macro’s in-house technicians, as well as the management of cleaning, pest control, waste management and valet parking. Macro will also oversee specialist contracts for CCTV, BMS, access control and fire alarms.

DMCC was established in 2002 as a strategic initiative of the government of Dubai with a mandate to provide the physical, market and financial infrastructure required to establish Dubai as a hub for trading global commodities. Today there are over 12,700 member companies in the DMCC Free Zone.
