Hamworthy Heating provides unrivalled support at all stages of a commercial heating project and is offering customers on demand access to its years of expertise through a range of added value maintenance contracts and extended warranty options that can be tailor made to suit budgets and requirements.
Forging a path with the first modular boilers in the 1960s, to its latest award-winning Fleet range of condensing models, which alone represent six years of research and development, Hamworthy has maintained its commitment to staying at the forefront of original and high-quality British engineering.
This breadth of knowledge is packaged neatly for customers to access, at will, with a choice of maintenance, service and extended warranty packages.
Maintenance contract levels range from a pay as you go basis, with no contract, through to Enhanced, Premium and the complete Peace of Mind package.
Customers looking to choose a level that suits them can decide whether to include discounted replacement parts, interim service visits based on plant usage and priority breakdown cover.
As a standard Hamworthy offers a two year warranty that can be extended, up to five years and to include parts and labour, if commissioning and a Peace of Mind service contract is taken out with Hamworthy. A further benefit of this is the ability to transfer the warranty to the ultimate plant owner, who may be the end user or the building operator, so that they can use the warranty support in the event of any problems.
Hamworthy Heating’s service manager, Russ Walliss, said: “At a time of economic uncertainty for many businesses and institutions, maintenance contracts are all the more important to plan and budget for the future.
“Regular servicing ensures on-going performance and efficiency, and is carried out by our team of extensively trained and approved engineers, familiar with Hamworthy’s products adding to the customer’s level of assurance. Furthermore, our range of service packages allows customers to only pay for the level of maintenance they need, wherever they may be located in the UK.
Coupled with our strong commitment to providing long term spares support for all products, we are able to carry out servicing and repairs with minimum disruption to the customer and the building operations.”
