McGill names new head of FM

Scottish building services firm, McGill, has appointed Gregor Cunningham as Head of Facilities Management.

Cunningham, former Facilities Management Projects Operations Manager for Arthur McKay, has over 15 years’ experience in delivering solutions in FM and has held senior roles at Mitie, Servest and Lloyds Banking Group’s property divison.

Cunningham’s appointment signals the continuing growth of McGill after being acquired by Graeme Carling earlier this year. The newly created role highlights a new direction which sees the company focus on Residential, Fire & Security and Facilities Management.

CEO Graeme Carling said: “I’m delighted to welcome Gregor to the team and have him join us for the next phase of growth. It is a very exciting time at McGill with many new contracts kicking off and new staff joining. Gregor has vast experience in delivering Facilities Management services and leading a team to deliver quality work for many customers and I’m confident he will help us reach our goals.”
