McLaren merger adds CAFM to its portfolio of services

McLaren Software, the document control and project collaboration provider has announced the merger with CAFM specialist, FMx Ltd following its acquisition by McLaren’s parent company the Idox Group.

FMx Ltd, founded in 1999, provides CAFM (computer aided facilities management) software solutions to companies owning and managing corporate, public and commercial real estate in over 30 countries. Its CAFM Explorer is designed to manage all aspects of an operational facility including building maintenance, asset tracking, space planning, room and resource booking, estates management and cost control.
