Mitie’s Total Document Management (TDM) business has been awarded a three-year contract with global business advisory firm, FTI Consulting.
Under the terms of the deal, Mitie will deliver the management of FTI’s on-site print, mail and porterage functions as well as the procurement of related services including equipment, couriers, stationery and print for the agency’s London office.
One of the key services delivered as part of the contract is TDM’s new mailroom offering – Pinpoint – a track and trace technology to provide real-time, accurate and auditable tracking of the movement of all incoming accountable items.
Commenting on the contract win, James Gilding, managing director of TDM, said:
“We are delighted to have been selected by FTI consulting. This is another great achievement for TDM and demonstrates our ability to innovate, deploy technology and raise standards through collaborative partnership.”
Hugh O’Neill, managing director of Real Estate & Facilities, FTI Consulting commented:
“We are delighted to have appointed Mitie as our preferred service partner following a rigorous procurement exercise. They have demonstrated a significant understanding of the professional services environment and how they could enhance the document management services we provide, both to our clients and our employees. We look forward to working with them long into the future.”
