Mitie’s CFO resigns

Outsourcing company, Mitie, has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Paul Woolf. 

Woolf  joined Mitie in November 2017 and it is expected that he will leave on 28 January 2020.

He has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of CPA Global, the intellectual property management and technology company which was acquired for £2.4 billion in 2017 by Leonard Green Partners.

Mitie’s Chairman, Derek Mapp, commented: “Paul has been hugely supportive in the turn-around of Mitie, bringing in new financial disciplines and helping restore investor confidence. 

“He will be much missed, but we wish him well in his new challenge.”

Woolf will take up his new post in February 2020.

 Mitie said the appointment of his successor will be the subject of a further announcement.
