New head of operations at Novus

Lee Spencer has been appointed by national maintenance and compliance contractor, Novus Property Solutions, as Head of Operations for its Projects service, one of the streamlined offerings launched last year as part of the company’s ambitious five-year growth strategy.

Spencer brings over 25 years of experience within the construction sector – including 20 years’ contract management experience – to the role, and has a strong reputation across the industry for building client relations and delivering operational excellence. This vast experience, says Novus, will be invaluable in continuing to build Novus’ Projects service, which offers internal, external refurbishment and remodelling services, as well as one-off maintenance projects.

Spencer’s role will also cover Novus’ new Interiors service – launched earlier this year – which provides a full turnkey solution for both the private and commercial sectors, including fast-track fit-outs and major refurbishments.

As Head of Operations, he will oversee all aspects of these Projects and Interiors services, from initial contact with potential – and existing – clients, to the end of a project term, including bidding and on-site processes.
