Building services engineering company, Lorne Stewart plc has announced a strategic partnership with Oltec Group, a UK soft services company, creating a joint venture to meet the growing demand for self delivered facilities management (FM) across the UK.
The combining of the two UK hard and soft service providers technical expertise, a global network of 30 offices and 2,800 personnel aims to provide customers with a more efficient, cost effective self-delivered model to both customers in the UK and overseas.
The new joint venture, has a combined turnover in excess of £300 million, enabling both Lorne Stewart and the Oltec Group to leverage its success with its current customer base, with global brands and to further extend UK and European relationships.
