New MD for ISS’ government segment

Catherine Horne has been appointed as the Managing Director for ISS’ expanding government segment in the UK.

Horne has been a long standing member of the ISS Healthcare team in both senior operations and business development roles for 18 years. In total, she has over 30 years’ experience in FM, working with private and public sector customers.

In her new role Horne will look to build upon the recent extension and expansion of ISS’s relationship with the Government Property Agency and the departments/agencies they represent.

Speaking about her appointment, Horne said: “I am extremely excited to be taking the reins on our incredible UK Government business. The fast pace of change makes it an exciting time in the public sector, and I’m looking forward to supporting our customers with their post-pandemic return to work strategies.”

Martin Burholt, Chief Operating Officer at ISS UK & Ireland, commented: “We are delighted that Catherine has accepted the position as Managing Director for ISS’ Government segment. She brings key expertise that will support customers in this segment. With a passion for both business development and operations, Catherine will no doubt be a huge success leading this business.”
