Mitie has appointed Andrew Smith as sales director for its total document management business.
Smith joins the company after 25 years managing sales teams in document management, putting him in good stead to focus on strategically transforming the sales operations and driving growth by bringing new digital and data products to the market, whilst maintaining an excellent record for client retention.
Mitie’s total document management business is uniquely placed in the marketplace due to its on-site, off-site and bespoke hybrid products, specialist account management and strong offering within integrated facilities management. Services include mailroom management, creative services, digital print, scanning, procurement, secure shredding, closed loop recycling and document and data storage.
Commenting on his new position, Smith said:
