NG Bailey has secured a £20 million deal with Land Securities to provide maintenance services at eight shopping centre’s in the company’s portfolio.
The three-year contract which has the option to extend by a further three years, is a retention of five shopping centres that have been managed by NG bailey for five years, along with an extension of an additional three centres which went live on 1 April 2016.
Under the terms of the deal, NG Bailey will provide mechanical, electrical and building fabric maintenance, including HVAC, security, fire detection and protection, drainage and energy consumption management.
Stuart Linington, managing director of NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division said of the contract win:

Seven of the shopping centres will be maintained by resident NG Bailey staff, including skilled engineers, apprentices and contract management support staff. Whilst a smaller centre in West London will be serviced and supported by the firm’s fleet of mobile engineers.
