NG Bailey wins M&E deal at West Yorkshire Combined Authority HQ

NG Bailey has secured a £2.3 million deal to deliver the installation of new mechanical and electrical (M&E) services in the refurbishment of Wellington House in Leeds city centre, the headquarters of the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.

A team from NG Bailey’s Engineering Division will be working with Principal Contractor Willmott Dixon Interiors to fully refurbish the five-storey office block, including the roof and basement, during the year-long project which is set to start in July.

To enable West Yorkshire Combined Authority to maintain operations whilst work is underway, the project has been phased, focusing on two floors at a time.

The installation of services being delivered include heating, domestic water services, drainage, ventilation, containment, small power, data, fire and security.
