Responsible for 17 separate service areas, the Council highlighted the need to develop a digital strategy as part of its corporate plan to improve communication, and has selected Concerto for the supply of a property and asset management system using the G-Cloud 10 Framework. This latest framework for government cloud technology and support services procurement enables greater flexibility for contract extensions than previous versions. The Council will use the software to manage all aspects of their property portfolio from planned and reactive maintenance to estates and project management.
Commenting on the contract award, Concerto Managing Director, Kevan Davey, said: “We are delighted to be working with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. Together with the Department of Finance Northern Ireland and Belfast City Council, this latest contract extends our portfolio of customers in Northern Ireland.”
